Top 3 Tech Trends of 2015, As Told by Google
As everyone comes up with their predictions of what’s to come, Google released its list of the Top 3 tech trends every marketer should watch out for in 2015.
1. Connected Life Platforms are Emerging
Connected life platforms represent the “Internet of things.” Devices will be more connected and this will lead to more data, which Google suggests we make the most of and use to create better user experience.
2. Mobile Shapes the “Internet of Me”
Smartphones are at the center of all connected devices. We should then maximize this to create more personalized, rich user experiences. The “Internet of Things” is shifting to “Internet of Me,” in an effort to simplify the life of consumers.
3. The Speed of Life Gets Even Faster
Customers expect to get what they want, when they want it, be it offline or online. Businesses should look into taking customer support into a whole new level. Improving the service delivery to meet expectations is still a top priority.
