Facebook is on a roll, introducing a number of new tools for businesspeople and marketers. The social network announced a new set of improvements and tools to insights and analytics. These will help publishers and marketers better connect with their target audience on Facebook.

Among the updates and new tools include an Interest Targeting feature, Post End Date, Smart Publishing, and Improved Insights.

The company also announced that call-to-action buttons will soon be available for business pages. The buttons are designed to help companies direct Facebook visitors to their most valuable pages. The seven call-to-action buttons available are:

  • Book Now
  • Contact Us
  • Use App
  • Play Game
  • Shop Now
  • Sign Up
  • Watch Video

The buttons will appear near the middle of the banner photo, next to the ‘Like’ and ‘Message’ buttons.

The social network is also updating their search function. The Facebook Search upgrade is based on a lot of feedback given via the Graph Search beta. This could be a big deal for your Facebook and SEO strategies.
